World Photography Week

World Photography Week is a two-week-long worldwide celebration of photography beginning a week before World Photography Day, on August 12th, and running a week after, through August 26th. On each day of World Photography Week, share a photo on your favorite social media platforms that you've taken that has meaning to you, along with the story behind it, using the hashtag: #WorldPhotographyWeek.

Holga Week

Holga Week is an annual worldwide celebration of the humble Holga camera which runs for a week from October 1. The main event is organized by Mr. Holga and features an exciting competition, sponsors, podcast judges, and prizes.

World Toy Camera Day

World Toy Camera Day is celebrated annually around the world on the third Sunday of October, on October 20 in 2024. Despite the name, toy cameras are functional cameras that can take pictures.

Polaroid Week – October

Six days of instant film fun. Polaroid Week was started by flickr users in 2006. You can submit a fixed number of photos per day (which varies from year to year).

127 Day – December

127 Day comes three times a year. It's a day to celebrate 127 format by making pictures with the quirky old cameras that use it.
